JÄPPI arose from the tiredness with the options offered by a market of overly sweet jams, loaded with sugar and additives, often lacking the genuine fruit flavor; something that should be delicious and healthy simply was not.  Where was the real fruit?

It was then that we began our quest for the perfect recipe to share with our family and friends, who loved the result, especially the little fruit pieces. The jam we created became our way of returning to the natural, harnessing the abundance and richness of our Mexican soil. The blend of healthiness and tastiness was restored.

Although it has been a long journey, together we have steadily built and learned, always supported by generous and valuable people who help us infuse each JÄPPI jar with the best.
